Pear-Apple Cookies
 2 pears
 1 apple
 2 cups walnuts, presoaked 6-8 hours
 2 cups pecans, presoaked 6-8 hours
 ½ cup raisins, presoaked 1 hour
 ¼ cup raw honey
 2 teaspoons vanilla (alcohol free)
 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 1 scoop stevia (Kal brand)
Process pears, apple, walnuts, and pecans through a Champion or Omega Wheatgrass Juicer using the solid screen. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Spoon silver-dollar-sized rounds of the mixture onto dehydrator trays lined with parchment paper (I prefer not to use plastic when I can avoid it and the parchment paper works great). Dehydrate 4-6 hours.  
Remove from dehydrator and place an empty tray on top of each tray, flip over and remove the parchment paper. Return to dehydrator and continue to dehydrate for another few hours or until consistency is suitable.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
