Raw Sprouted Hummus
1 cup sunflower seeds, sprouted 1
day
1 cup macadamia nuts, presoaked
1 cup walnuts, presoaked
½ cup Santa Barbara Ripe Green
Olives
½ sweet onion
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼
cup olive oil
Juice of 1 large lemon
2 large cloves
garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons raw tahini
2 tablespoons Braggs
Liquid Amino's
1 teaspoon Celtic sea
salt
½ teaspoon
jalapeno, minced
Process all the above
ingredients in a food processor or blender until creamy, using rubber spatula
to help the hummus turn over.
This is delicious on some dehydrated crackers.
