2 cups walnuts, presoaked
4
ounces raw cotswold or cheddar cheese,
softened
(if using cheddar, add 4 tbs. chives)
4
handfuls fresh sea lettuce, thoroughly washed
or 4 tablespoons dried
½
sweet onion,
finely chopped or grated
1
clove garlic, finely chopped
1
tablespoon Savory Magic
Place all ingredients in a food
processor with the chopping blade and process until thoroughly blended.
Serve with your favorite raw crackers
